Processing Your Order
Once we get your order, we take care of it right away so you can get your products as soon as possible! All FuturePoint orders are processed within one to two business days and then shipped to you immediately, according to your preferred method of shipping.

All shipping fees are in Rupees(INR).

Shipping your Order
Our Customer Service department may contact you for additional information, but only if needed.

You’ll receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.

In the event that your order can’t be shipped, we’ll contact you within 2 – 3 business days to let you know why your shipment has been held up. Your order will be shipped via leading courier companies.

What is the price for the shipping?
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
An order placed from within the country is normally shipped within 3-7 business days. We appreciate your patience. This timeline is subject to change due to both external and internal factors.

What if my order doesn’t get delivered?
Our courier partner will make three attempts to get your delivery to you. If he cannot deliver the product, then a refund shall be credited to your account & further, and you can place an order with us again.

Damages
My Website Caneocane is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
